What You Will Do:

• Conduct due diligence on real estate assets and financing structures.
• Draft and negotiate complex loan documentation, including facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.
• Manage transaction timelines and ensure efficient deal execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practices to deliver exceptional client service.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and market developments in real estate finance.

Who You Are:

• Admitted to practice law in England and Wales (PQE 3-5 years).
• Strong academic credentials and a successful track record in real estate finance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
