Your mission:

This role allows you to participate in the full lifecycle of Fiduciam’s loans. You will handle loan inquiries, assist in underwriting, and ensure excellent client experience. You will manage multiple transactions at different stages, support underwriters and portfolio managers, visit properties, connect with clients and third parties, and develop an understanding of real estate and development lending markets.

From this graduate position, you can advance towards roles in client-facing origination and underwriting.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting with origination and collection of information, communicating professionally with borrowers;
• Understanding and documenting each loan application to aid underwriters;
• Liaising with valuers and solicitors;
• Performing AML, KYC, and fraud checks;
• Organizing and tracking applications and loans;
• Creating marketing materials for external distribution;
• Generating leads and developing partnerships.
