We are pleased to be instructed on a new real estate finance associate role at a leading international mid-market firm. They are looking for a c.1-3pqe lawyer to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Work includes real estate financings across various asset classes and multiple jurisdictions.
• They act for major banks, insurance companies, mezzanine lenders, developers and property companies.
• Transactions include large scale City centre developments, build to rent assets and care homes.

Qualifications

• Solid REF experience and a City or large regional practice.
• Strong academic record.
