Real Estate Energy Associate - 3+ Years PQE | Top 100 Firm | Bristol

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Energy Associate with 3+ years PQE to join an innovative team at the forefront of the energy and biodiversity sectors, based in Bristol.

This team supports both national and international energy clients on real estate aspects of major energy infrastructure projects, including wind, solar, battery storage, electric vehicles, and hydro energy. The work is at the cutting edge of the energy sector, providing an exceptional opportunity for growth and career development.

As an Associate, you will handle a variety of real estate matters related to energy projects, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant relations, asset management, and portfolio management. Key growth areas include industrial rooftop solar projects and Battery Energy Storage Schemes (BESS).

While prior experience in energy is beneficial, candidates with strong real estate experience and a genuine interest in the energy sector are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • 3+ years PQE in real estate law, with a strong interest in the energy sector
