Job summary

Un cabinet d'avocats écossais de premier plan recrute un Associate ou Senior Associate pour rejoindre son équipe Immobilier à Édimbourg. Le rôle consiste à fournir des conseils juridiques sur divers projets d'immobilier commercial, notamment dans le domaine des transactions hôtelières de luxe. Le candidat idéal aura au moins six ans d'expérience PQE en droit immobilier commercial.

Qualifications

• Minimum de six ans d'expérience PQE requise.
• Expérience en transactions immobilières de luxe appréciée.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller des prêteurs sur le financement d'acquisitions hôtelières.
• Soutenir les propriétaires d'hôtels et les investisseurs dans la gestion de portefeuilles.
• Contribuer à des développements de type Build-to-Rent.

Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for an Associate and/or Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Team in Edinburgh.

This role provides the opportunity to offer legal advice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, particularly in hotel and leisure transactions, while contributing to major projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising lenders and funders on financing high-end luxury hotel acquisitions in Scotland and internationally.
• Supporting hotel owners, investors, and operators with portfolio management, expansion plans, and Hotel Management Agreements in collaboration with the hospitality team.
• Contributing to high-end Build-to-Rent and city-centre Living Sector developments.
• Working closely with senior associates, as well as banking, planning, and construction teams, to deliver comprehensive legal support.
