Job title: Real Estate Disputes Solicitor
Location: Reading
Salary: £65k-£80k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 3+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

Our client is a UK Top 70 national law firm, with top legal 500 rankings, looking for a Property Litigation Associate to join their award-winning Thames Valley team.

The role has arisen out of an amazing stream of work and overall growth within the firm. This opportunity will give the successful candidate the chance to work on a large range of matters involving property-based litigation, including:

  1. Transactional disputes
  2. Development agreements
  3. Boundary disputes
  4. Rights of light
  5. Restrictive covenants
  6. Landlord and tenant matters

You will act for a wide range of household-name corporates, investors and asset management companies, well-known retailers, NHS matters, residential landlords, and HNW individuals.

The team boasts collective and individual expertise across the full remit of litigious work, making it the ideal environment for ongoing career development and future progression.
