The Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior/Managing Associate will be:Leading contested/uncontested lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, break notices and possession actionsAdvising high‑value clients including retailers and large‑scale landlordsSupporting Partners and Directors on complex, multi‑jurisdictional litigationDrafting pleadings, settlement terms, notices, and advising on strategic case decisionsBuilding strong client relationships through clear, commercial guidance

Profile

A successful Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate should have:

  • A strong academic background with a qualification in law or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in real estate disputes within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex cases effectively.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional client service with a focus on results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
  • A proactive approach to business development and building client relationships.
