Real Estate Disputes Associate / Senior Associate

This L500 ranked firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years PQE into their Reading office.

You will work alongside 2 Legal 500 chambers ranked Partners within the Property Litigation department in Reading.

You will undertake a range of disputes arising from commercial and residential property. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing, tier-ranked department.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property/Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join this Top 200 firm in Reading.

The department has 15 lawyers and support staff, handling a broad range of work, including development and land disputes, property contract disputes, and residential and commercial property disputes. They work closely with social housing and real estate departments, serving clients such as property portfolio holders, charities, retailers, house builders, social landlords, and government institutions.

This role offers good prospects for career progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE.
• Ideally, you will have broad Property Litigation experience.
• You should possess good technical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships are essential.
