A leading law firm in London seeks a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join its team. You will provide comprehensive property disputes support for a diverse client base, requiring a solicitor with NQ-2 PQE and prior litigation experience. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join our London team. The role will support the Real Estate Disputes Group in providing the whole spectrum of Property Disputes work to its nationwide and international client base and will suit someone who has excellent people skills who is looking to develop their career within a friendly collegiate group that is widely recognized for its expertise. We offer a dedicated personal service for our clients; we work hard to develop and build lasting relationships and truly get to know our clients to deliver a premium service.
The Associate role will support the team in providing the whole spectrum of commercial and residential Property Dispute work (working for some of the Firm’s largest clients), including specialist areas of enfranchisement, compulsory purchase, telecommunications, rights of light and insolvency.
