Job Description:

We are delighted to be instructed on this new Real Estate Disputes role with our client, a full-service international Law Firm. The team in Edinburgh is currently seeking an associate on a full-time basis.

You will have between 4 and 6 years’ PQE and a strong understanding of real estate litigation along with good commercial experience. You will advise on a variety of real estate disputes, including those relating to dilapidations, landlord and tenant issues, insolvency, and energy. As an associate, you will be expected to contribute to business development initiatives.

You will be able to provide in-depth case analysis and manage substantial disputes under partner supervision. Working directly with clients, you will take instructions to prepare high-quality and concise correspondence. In addition to being a key member of the Scottish team, you will also collaborate with the team across the UK.
