This Top 20 International law firm is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join the growing Developments and Investments team in Birmingham. The Real Estate team is one of the largest in the country, offering an exciting opportunity to join them.

The Property Development & Investment Team advises clients across the spectrum of their real estate requirements, including acquisition, development, funding, investment, and asset management. They focus on major logistics and manufacturing projects, alternative asset classes (hotels, student accommodation, Build-to-Rent), private sector residential development, public sector-led development, new business parks, Grade A office developments, investments, major infrastructure projects, and nuclear sector support.

The Birmingham and UK teams focus on growth markets, positioning themselves to navigate the UK's volatile economic conditions. The firm aims to provide a platform for aspiring real estate lawyers to build a secure, long-term career. Candidate Profile

• 3-7 PQE
• Experience in development work, ideally large-scale, mixed-use, and residential-led schemes, whether for public or private sector clients.
