  • Interact with top-tier Real Estate clients regarding claims arising under their property-related insurance portfolios, in conjunction with claims colleagues in our client service teams.
  • Identify appropriate policy coverage on complex issues and analyze notifications to assist clients in managing risk exposure.
  • Provide claims strategy advice, drive the claims process for clients, and participate in active claim strategy discussions, including client claim review meetings and liaising with the insurance market.
  • Interact with insurers and their professional advisors on complex claims queries and policy coverage discussions to ensure smooth claims review for clients.
  • Assess data such as loss statistics, key trends, and cost reduction opportunities to support recommendations for managing and minimizing the client’s total cost of risk.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in complex Property and Property Owners’ Liability claims from a loss adjusting, broker, or insurer background.
  • Previous client-facing experience, including leading client meetings.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK commercial insurance market and processes.

  • A self-starter attitude with accountability and pride in your work.
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
  • Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences and exceptional written communication skills.
  • Experience in assisting clients with commercial claims cost reduction and process improvements.
