Madison Berkeley is thrilled to be working exclusively with a leading global investment manager, renowned for its deep expertise in the residential real estate sector. With a UK development pipeline exceeding £20bn and approximately £50bn in assets under management globally, they are shaping the future of urban living through bold, long-term investment strategies and best-in-class delivery.

They are now looking for a Capital Raising Manager to join the business. The role will be to support capital raising efforts in Europe, working closely with investment and development teams. This role enhances investor relationships and coordinates fundraising for regional and global strategies.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and deepen institutional investor relationships in Europe
• Source and onboard new investors for current and future strategies
• Coordinate capital raising activities within the region
• Capture and communicate investor feedback
• Develop and implement a regional Investor Engagement Plan aligned with global goals
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure consistent and strategic investor communication
