Job summary

GIC Real Estate in London seeks an Analyst/Associate to join the European Real Estate team. You will support investment strategy development, source opportunities, and assist with underwriting and internal memoranda.

The role offers exposure to a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and collaboration across asset management and deal execution, with opportunities to engage in industry events and a merit-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant RE (or broader M&A) transactional experience.
• Ability to communicate complex messages in simple, clear terms.
• Understanding of financial structures (debt/equity, listed/private, JVs).
• Strong academic background or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of investment strategies for European RE markets.
• Source investment opportunities consistent with these strategies.
• Independently design and maintain underwriting models and ensure output accuracy.
• Coordinate the production of internal investment memoranda.
• Support asset management activities relating to existing investments.
