The Scottish team is now looking to expand its Real Estate practice and is keen to speak to Real Estate Associates who are looking for a move.

About the Role:

As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of real estate matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the real estate practice and to take on new and challenging responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and development
  • Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and deeds
  • Conducting due diligence investigations and providing legal risk assessments
  • Managing real estate transactions from start to finish
  • Contributing to the development of the real estate practice and taking on new and challenging responsibilities


Skills and Experience:

  • 1-8 years of post-qualification experience in Scottish real estate law
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of real estate law
