Job Description:

We are working exclusively with a prestigious Family Office, looking to hire a Real Estate Associate to support the management and development of their £1bn property portfolio.

This role reports to the Property Director and works closely with the Principal of the family office. You will assist in maintaining and managing a diverse property portfolio across the UK, Western Europe, and South America, including assets like estates, agricultural land, and residential units. You will also support development projects, liaising with construction heads, consultants, and architects, including projects involving listed properties.

We seek an intelligent professional with real estate experience, excellent academics, and relevant qualifications. Effective communication with stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The team aims to hire top talent in the sector and offers a competitive package, including a base salary uplift, bonuses of at least 50% (often up to 100%), and market-leading benefits such as free meals, health and dental cover, and gym membership.
