My regionally recognised client is looking to expand their real estate team.

They are a nationally recognised, multi-service law firm ranked in the Legal 500 known for their expertise across a wide range of practice areas. Due to sustained growth, the award-winning Real Estate team are looking for commercially-minded Associate (4+ years PQE) to join them in either their Bristol or Bath office.

You will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team with a strong national and regional client base across a broad spectrum of real estate sectors, including investment, development, retail, healthcare, and housing. This is an ideal role for a confident and ambitious real estate solicitor looking to step into a role offering both autonomy and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters

Advising a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, public sector bodies, and commercial occupiers

Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions and providing supervision to junior team members as appropriate

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and commercial insight

Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice

4+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate matters

Solid technical knowledge and a commercial approach to client service

Proven track record with billing and business development
