Betterhomes is seeking Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join a high‑performing team. You will work closely with top professionals and leverage a leading network to drive sales and lease transactions.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of proven sales experience, be fluent in English, hold a valid driving license, and possess a proactive attitude. The role emphasizes fast-paced environments, relationship building, and delivering results.

We are currently looking for Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our team. You will be part of an experienced, high performing team and will work closely with some of the best in the business.

What you’ll need to succeed:

To be successful you will:

• Have a minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment – Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR have worked in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
• Be fluent in English
• Have a valid driving license
• Have a proactive can-do attitude
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• You will be resilient and have a passion for delivering results while also building lasting relationships with clients.
