Job summary

Betterhomes is hiring Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join a high-performing team. You will be part of an experienced group, working to close sales and leases, while benefiting from extensive training and a strong commission structure.

You should have at least 1 year in a sales role or related high-end service experience, be fluent in English, hold a valid driving licence, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing environment (Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment) or experience in high-end service industries.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

To be successful you will:

• Have a minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment - Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR have worked in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
• Be fluent in English
• Have a valid driving license
• Have a proactive can-do attitude
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• You will be resilient and have a passion for delivering results while also building lasting relationships with clients
