Job summary

AX Premium Properties, a Dubai-based real estate company expanding to the UK, seeks confident Real Estate Agents for our London Sales Centre to present and sell off-plan Dubai properties to UK buyers and manage the client journey from enquiry to reservation.

Based in London, you will conduct in-person and virtual consultations, build a strong pipeline, stay informed on Dubai market launches, and strive to meet sales targets within a dynamic expansion team.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or high-value client facing sales environment.
• Knowledge of Dubai's property market or off-plan sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a consultative, relationship-led approach.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Based in London or within commutable distance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

About the role

AX Premium Properties is a Dubai-based real estate company that has expanded to the UK with an exclusive off-plan property sales centre in Manchester and London. We represent some of Dubai's most prestigious developers and we are bringing that portfolio directly to UK buyers.

We are looking for confident, client-focused Real Estate Agents to be based at our London Sales Centre and help grow our presence in the UK market. If you have a passion for property, a natural ability to connect with people, and the drive to perform, this is a compelling opportunity to be part of something new.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell off-plan Dubai properties to UK-based buyers
