Job summary

ELITE Property DXB is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our Dubai team. You will meet investors, end users and tenants, conduct property viewings, attend meetings, make calls, network and negotiate deals in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

We offer uncapped earning potential with commissions of 55%-72% and realistic targets of £40,000+ net commission in the first year, rising as you grow a high-value network, with no cap to earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close deals and secure relationships with investors and end users.
• Strong networking and prospecting skills in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to drive sales.

This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven career where no two days are the same. You’ll be meeting investors, end users and tenants, conducting property viewings, attending meetings, making calls, networking and negotiating deals, both in and out of the office.

Uncapped Earning Potential

£40,000+ in net commission within your first year is a realistic target. As you progress into higher-value sales and build your network, earning £100,000 per year is achievable with no cap to earn even higher.
