Job description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and business to assess client fund servicing needs, design target operating models and identify technology solutions best suited to meet client needs.
• Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider Citco business.
• Demonstrate a client-driven approach at all times, fostering long-term relationships with clients and prospects throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Provide subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge of Real Assets.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic direction of the Transformation Office shaping business decisions, and driving growth and revenue.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge.
• Assist with business requirements' sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.
• Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating the Transformation Office's expertise, best practices, and technological solutions.
• Assist with the development of onboarding and transition plans for new client integration.
• Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings, and overall project reporting via the project manager.
• Maintain a proactive approach to industry changes and technology advancements.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Transformation Office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of real assets industry experience.
• Professional Certificate, Bachelor, or Master level degree.
• Client-facing experience in the financial services industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of real estate fund structures, fund types, and asset operations, and familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards.
• Experience in leading business transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Business development experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is beneficial.
• Knowledge of infrastructure funds is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and their industry applications.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
