• Are commercially minded and comfortable developing new business
• Have the resilience and commitment to build a long‑term career
• Are motivated by helping people and delivering great client outcomes
• Are ready to take ownership of their future rather than simply looking for their next job

Your background could be in sales, recruitment, property, banking, professional services, management, consultancy, healthcare, hospitality or another client‑facing profession.

You don’t have to come from Finance.
