Role Overview:

As Crew Team Leader, you will be part of the management team with clearly defined responsibilities to ensure the store operates safely, the team is managed effectively, and we always deliver excellent service.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional service by leveraging your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
  2. Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at store level.
  3. Offer attentive service at the tills, processing POS transactions, and thanking customers.
  4. Build customer loyalty through opt-in at the POS, creating 'Customers for Life'.
  5. Delegate tasks and demonstrate leadership alongside daily store operations.
  6. Understand the commercial aspects of retail, such as reading reports, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.
  7. Maintain store presentation according to visual guidelines, including product display, replenishment, housekeeping, and seasonal setups.
  8. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, loss prevention, and health & safety protocols, especially in the absence of management.
  9. Stay updated on company products, promotions, and initiatives, implementing changes as needed.

Role Competencies:

  1. Proven leadership ability and recognition as a team leader among peers.
  2. Experience in a customer service environment is essential.
  3. Experience with POS management, daily banking, and meeting deadlines.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  5. Positive, collaborative attitude with confidence in taking initiative and working independently.
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure, quickly learn new tasks, and retain information.
  7. Team-oriented mindset, eager to engage and contribute.
  8. Strong time management skills.
