Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a long-term temporary role on a residential development in Wrexham. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager, coordinating subcontractors and site operatives to maintain build progress and safety.

Experience in timber frame within volume housebuilding is essential, with recent references from similar roles. SMSTS qualified or SSSTS considered. This is a site-based position on a reputable housebuilder project.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within volume housebuilding, with timber frame experience being essential .
