Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s PLC seeks a Part-time Shift Supervisor at Crown in Wolverhampton. You will welcome guests, lead a front‑of‑house team and help train staff to deliver excellent service. The role focuses on delivering great hospitality while maintaining standards and delivering a warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shifts.
