  • Plan, deliver, assess, and evaluate high-quality Animal Management lessons across FE programmes.
  • Support learners to achieve their full potential through engaging and inclusive teaching practices.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials using a range of teaching methods and digital learning technologies.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Deliver tutorial and pastoral support, including individual learning plans and learner referrals where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, technicians, and external stakeholders to enhance the learner experience.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement activities, and course promotion.
  • Maintain accurate course records and utilise college systems effectively.
  • Engage in continuing professional development and keep up to date with industry and awarding body requirements.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Animal Management Lecturer to join our team and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across our Animal Management provision. This role will involve teaching across all levels, with a primary focus on Level 1 to Level 3 Further Education programmes.


As an Animal Management Lecturer, you will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their qualifications, develop industry-relevant skills, and progress into employment or higher-level study. You will be committed to delivering an outstanding learner experience and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
