Lecturer – Animal Welfare & Management

Location: Northampton

Salary: £34,492 – £41,140 per annum

Hours: Full Time – 37 hours per week

We’re recruiting for a passionate Lecturer in Animal Welfare & Management to join a thriving land‑based department. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who enjoys developing the next generation of animal care professionals.

You’ll deliver engaging practical and theory‑based lessons across a range of Animal Welfare & Management programmes, support learners as a personal tutor, and contribute to curriculum development. The role also involves practical demonstrations, quality assurance, student recruitment activities, and helping to maintain high standards across the department.
