Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management division in Witham. You will maintain clean, safe communal areas on residential estates across multiple locations and deliver a high-quality cleaning service.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), requires a full UK driving licence, and a company vehicle is provided. Location: Witham (CM8).

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Witham, Essex, Kent and London areas. Working across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and well-presentedcommunal areas for residents and visitors. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service ensuringcommunal spaces are maintained to a consistently high standard.

Our Soft Facilities Managementdivision delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with acommitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

This is a full-timerole working 37.5hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external areas, including entrances, stairwells, corridors, landings and bin stores.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and litter picking to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Carrying out routine inspections of communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns, damage or maintenance issues.
• Managing waste and recycling areas, including bin rotations and ensuring refuse areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Working to agreed cleaning schedules and service standards while delivering a professional and reliable service to residents and visitors.

Key requirements:

• Experience carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard in a professional or commercial environment.
• Good understanding of cleaning equipment, materials and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively while following cleaning schedules.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• A full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 1 year
