Change Grow Live in Wirral is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join our Non-Opiate team. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week. You will assess and engage with service users, ensuring they access the right intervention at the right time and in a way that best meets their needs.

The role supports our commitment to respectful, supportive care. Salary ranges from £28,557.79 to £32,802.41 per year, pro rata.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
