Job summary

Alternative Futures Group in Winsford is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to deliver person-centred and holistic care within a multi-disciplinary, in-house team. You will support patients, promote independence and uphold high care standards in a community-based environment.

As a Nurse within Alternative futures group, you’ll work with like-minded colleagues who share our 5 main organisational values, as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, to provide the highest standards of nursing care for our patients. You will be confident in your ability to lead teams and develop support staff to achieve their individual performance outcomes

Experience of Mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but are not essential

You should be flexible in your working patterns to support a team which provides 24 hour support 7 days per week

Salary based on post-qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual working hours –

£18.22 (£35,510 per annum) – preceptorship Nurse / OT (Not casual nurses as we can only take on casual nurses who have complete their preceptorship)

£19.57 (£38,147 per annum) – Completed preceptorship and upto 2 years post preceptorship experience

£22.27 (£43,419 per annum) – 2 years or more post qualification experience
