Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for Laundry Operatives in Wickford. You will work in a busy laundry facility with shifts from Monday to Friday, 06:30AM-15:00PM, performing loading/unloading, garment inspection, folding and scanning, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This is a physical, standing role requiring reliability and punctuality, with experience in laundry or related environments considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Previous laundry/warehouse/production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload industrial dryers.
• Inspect garments for quality.
• Fold and prepare garments for dispatch.
• Scan garments using a computer system.
• Keep work area clean and organised.
• Work as part of a busy production team.
• Follow health & safety and quality procedures.

• Scanning garments using a computer system
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Working as part of a busy production team
• Following health & safety and quality procedures

About You:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks
• Previous laundry, warehouse, production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential
