  • Employee Management – recruit, train, supervise all colleagues including chefs and front of house; provide guidance and feedback.
  • Inventory and Cost Control – monitor stock levels and prudent ordering.
  • Customer Relations – interact with customers to understand catering needs and maintain open communication.
  • Health and Safety Compliance – support head chef to ensure health and safety regulations.
  • Budget and Financial Management – develop and manage kitchen budgets and seek cost savings.
  • Menu Development and Innovation – stay updated on culinary trends and ideas.
