Job summary

Ethero Ltd is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a client in Stafford. Duties include quality checks, accurate paperwork, and maintaining tidy, compliant work areas while hitting targets.

Shifts are 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on a rotating basis; pay is £12.86 per hour PAYE, paid weekly, with overtime at £19.29 per hour. Drug & alcohol testing and interviews/tests are required before starting.

Our client in Stafford is growing fast, and we're looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team.

Key role and responsibilities for our clients Warehouse Staff

• Carrying out quality checks
• Completing paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and care
• Working at pace to hit targets
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant

Hours of Work & Pay Rates

• Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour, PAYE, Paid Weekly
• Overtime: £19.29 per hour
• Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply
• Shifts: Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat
• 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (rotating)
• You must be able to work rotating weekly shifts.
