Nuffield Health is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead/Personal Trainer to support the fitness arm of our wellbeing offering. This part-time role involves designing and delivering gym-based and studio programmes, plus developing colleagues and revenue through high-quality PT services.

The role emphasizes innovation, exceptional gym floor standards, and active promotion of classes and expert sessions to engage members and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experienced personal trainer with a track record of driving PT revenue.
• Ability to design and manage fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
• Ability to teach studio programmes.

As a Wellbeing Lead at our club, you'll hold either CIMSPA membership, Level 3 REPs or equivalent. With experience of designing and managing fitness programmes for groups and individuals, you bring the ability to teach studio programmes. Ideally, you know how to help your colleagues develop and grow.

As a Wellbeing Lead, you will:

Support the Fitness Manager across the fitness arm of our health and wellbeing offering

Strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do

Carry out managerial administration, determined by the Fitness Manager

Be responsible for the gym floor service, presentation and maintenance
