Job summary

Manpower UK Limited in Wakefield is seeking an experienced FLT driver with Counterbalance and Bendi licences to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will operate Counterbalance and Bendi forklifts, assist Goods Inward/Outward and Modifications, and handle receipt, dispatch, picking and packing of bulk products and chemicals.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–16:00, with an early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Bendi truck licence required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Bendi forklifts efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Assist with Goods Inward/Outward and Modifications teams.
• Handle receipt, dispatch, picking, and packing of bulk products and chemicals.
• Perform accurate checks on deliveries to ensure all items match supplier information.
• Contribute to the smooth movement of products across the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization using electric sweepers.
• Participate in recycling programs for pallets, boxes, and plastic waste.
