Job summary

Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school's finance function, ensuring accurate financial processing, strong controls and regulatory compliance across the School and its associated companies.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer, provide timely financial information, assist with financial reporting, budgeting and audits, and drive improvements to payroll, invoicing, banking and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Experience managing a finance function in an educational or nonprofit setting.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance.
• Experience with payroll, invoicing, banking and reporting.
• Ability to drive process improvements.

The Finance Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the School's finance function, ensuring accurate financial processing, strong financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations and policies across the School and its associated companies.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Finance Manager will support the delivery of timely and accurate financial information, assisting with financial reporting, budgeting and audit requirements. The post holder will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems, helping to increase efficiency and reduce manual administration across payroll, invoicing, banking and financial reporting activities.
