Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure robust controls, and maintain regulatory compliance across the School and its associated entities.

Reporting to the COO, you will deliver timely financial information, support budgeting and audits, and drive improvements to payroll, invoicing, banking and reporting processes to enable strategic decision‑making.

Job description

The Finance Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the School’s finance function, ensuring accurate financial processing, strong financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations and policies across the School and its associated companies.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Finance Manager will support the delivery of timely and accurate financial information, assisting with financial reporting, budgeting and audit requirements. The post holder will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems, helping to increase efficiency and reduce manual administration across payroll, invoicing, banking and financial reporting activities.

The Finance Manager will work closely with colleagues across the School and maintain effective relationships with students, suppliers, payroll providers, auditors and banking partners. The post holder will contribute to a professional and responsive finance service that supports the School’s operational and strategic objectives.
