Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in the UK offers a self-employed Membership Advisor role where you run your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation with 50+ years of small business support. You control your income and schedule while we provide ongoing guidance and resources to help you succeed.

You’ll build local relationships, win new members, and develop your territory with our structured support and Salesforce tools.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.
