Job summary

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a dynamic Business Support Team Leader to manage and coordinate business support services within Children and Families Services. The role requires an experienced leader with strong IT skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will lead a team across district locations, ensure quality administrative support to frontline services, and contribute to service development and digital initiatives.

Qualifications
