Job summary

Home Bargains is hiring Store Team Members to be the face of the brand, delivering enthusiastic customer service and helping shoppers with product queries while keeping shelves stocked and the store welcoming. You'll rotate across departments from fresh food to seasonal items, handle tills, restock deliveries, and support the Café, Bakery or Garden Centre as needed, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a team-driven environment.

As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends — but don’t worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.

Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+)

20 hours per week. Must be available to work evenings and weekends

No two days are the same:You will be trained across multiple areas of the business. Your versatility will shine as you handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
