Job summary

Home Bargains is hiring a Store Team Member in our busy UK stores. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from fresh food to seasonal while upholding high standards.

Shifts are varied with evenings and weekends required. You will be trained across multiple areas, including tills and cash handling, to support a fast-paced, welcoming shopping environment and ensure customers leave with a smile.

As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends — but don’t worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.

Package

Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+)

12 hours per week. Must be available tgo work between the hours of 5pm - 9pm
