Job Description

Our Role as a Care Professional

• As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will play an essential role in helping individuals continue living life on their own terms. You will provide companionship, reassurance, and high-quality care to those who need it most.
• Our minimum one-hour visits allow you to build genuine, trusted relationships- giving you the time to listen, connect, and make a real difference.
• You will offer friendly companionship and assist with daily activities, helping clients remain active, engaged, and confident in their routines.
• You may support with personal care and practical tasks, always ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
• Whether accompanying clients on shopping trips, attending appointments, or supporting social activities, you will help them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle.

Working Hours

• 7:00am - 2.30pm
• 10:45am - 6.45pm
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm
