Home Instead in Newport, Wales is seeking caring individuals to join as Care Professionals, delivering companionship, reassurance and high-quality care in clients' homes. You will help clients live safely and independently while building trusted relationships.

Our one-hour visits allow time to listen, connect and make a real difference. No experience required; comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Our Role as a Care Professional

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will play an essential role in helping individuals continue living life on their own terms. You will provide companionship, reassurance, and high-quality care to those who need it most.

Quality Time That Matters

Our minimum one-hour visits allow you to build genuine, trusted relationships—giving you the time to listen, connect, and make a real difference.

Companionship and Daily Support

You will offer friendly companionship and assist with daily activities, helping clients remain active, engaged, and confident in their routines.

Personal Care Delivered with Compassion

You may support with personal care and practical tasks, always ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

Supporting Independence in the Community

To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
