Break Charity's Swaffham shop is seeking a Relief Retail Assistant Manager to support the Manager by covering days off and holidays, potentially including weekends. You will be part of a busy retail environment in East Anglia and contribute to generating income for services for children, young people and families.

The ideal candidate has strong people skills, enjoys team supervision of volunteers, and can handle cash and stock merchandising.

Relief Retail Assistant Manager – Swaffham, Norwich

Break has over 50 charity shops in East Anglia and the West Country, operating since 1968. The income from the charity shops is vital to the development and continuation of the services we provide for children, young people and families. We pride ourselves on selling good quality donated goods at affordable prices. We operate a recycling system, so every donation is put to good use, generating more income.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Managers in our established charity shop in Swaffham by covering days off and holidays, this may include some weekends. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. There is also the possibility to accrue more working hours by working at other Break shops within the area.

Salary: £12.74 per hour
