Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in the Hereford area is seeking a PCV Technician for a busy local bus service provider. This full-time role offers a salary up to £18 per hour, with optional overtime and extensive manufacturer training.

You will service, repair and maintain a variety of vehicles, complete job sheets, liaise with Service and Parts, and assist with MOT preparation. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and HGV/PCV experience preferred; Class 1 licence beneficial.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required.
• Experience on HGV/PCV vehicles essential.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge.
• A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.

We are currently seeking a PCV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Local Bus Service Provider based in the Stretton Sugwas – Hereford area.

The successful PCV / PSV Technician can expect a salary of up to £18.00 per hour, pending experience.

Our Client is looking for a PCV Technician to join their busy team; this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

• Starting salary up to £18 per hour (negotiable pending experience and current earnings).
• Optional overtime paid at standard rate.

• 28 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).

Requirements:

• Previous working experience within the role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, but Technicians with extensive experience working on HGV & PCV Vehicles will be considered.
