Job summary

High-Guard Security, part of High-Guard Training Solutions, is recruiting in Stirling for security professionals to join our teams. The roles focus on front-of-house presence, reception and gatehouse duties, and external access control. You will conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and complete incident reports, handovers and log books. Crowd control and ID checks are also required, complying with the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high-visibility presence on clients premises, acting as first point of contact for staff, customers and visitors.
• Carrying out front of house activities such as reception duties, gatehouse duties and external access control duties.
• Carrying out regular patrols on foot of various areas, checking for vulnerabilities and identifying threats.
• Responding to incidents and accidents promptly, professionally and liaising with on-site management and emergency services when required.
• Completing various reports such as incident, accident, handovers, daily occurrence and log books.
• Crowd control duties to include queue management, searching, ID checks and ticket checks.
• Knowledge of the Licensing (Scotland) ACT 2005 as both locations have licensed premises on site requiring additional duties from security operatives in compliance with the ACT.
