We are currently recruiting Casual Emergency Home Responders to join our on-call team in the South Ribble area. This role offers flexibility around existing work, study, family or other commitments, with shifts offered based on service demand and your availability.

As an Emergency Home Responder, you will be at the heart of providing critical support to our customers when they need it most. Whether you are assessing an emergency situation or offering reassurance and comfort, your role will be dynamic, rewarding and hands-on. At all times, you will provide reassurance and ensure our customers feel as comfortable and supported as possible.
Working from home, you will be on call during agreed shifts and attend emergency calls in the South Ribble area when directed by our Control Centre. As a casual worker, you will have the flexibility to accept shifts that fit around your availability.
