Potens is recruiting a Support Worker at Bourne Bridge House, South Molton, to support young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting. A full, valid driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to location and service needs.

Bourne Bridge House, South Molton is set in six acres of land, giving us a beautiful working environment and great surroundings. This is a residential service where we support young adults with learning disabilities and or autism.

£13.35 per hour weekdays and £13.60 at weekends.
Fuel allowance, £50 per month for full time staff and £25 per month for part time staff.
Full time 40 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
We support people across a range of activities that can include swimming, cinema, theatre, outdoor pursuits, forest school, and day to day tasks such as shopping a visit to the pub or even accompanying them on holiday.
Our main aim is to provide a homely environment for people with learning disabilities in which continuous encouragement, education, and stimulation are at the core element of supporting the people that live here with us at Bourne Bridge House.
