Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader in Sittingbourne to lead a store team and ensure excellent customer service. The role is part-time with guaranteed hours, typically 12–16 hours weekly, and a schedule set within availability windows.

You will manage daily operations, help across all store areas, and act as the leader in the store in the Manager’s absence. Competitive pay starts at £15.59 per hour and rises in certain locations.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
